Exquisite Foundation is an officially recognized 501(c)(3) public charity under the United States Internal Revenue Code. All online donations, sponsorship contributions, and recurring gifts are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• Official Receipts: An itemized tax receipt including our Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) is automatically delivered via email upon successful transaction completion.
• Donation Allocations: While we make every reasonable effort to honor designated donor allocations (such as Child Hunger, Homeless Prevention, Healthcare, or STEM), contributions remain under the fiduciary control of the Foundation's Board of Directors to fulfill our exempt charitable purposes.

3. Recurring Donation Schedules & Cancellations

Monthly recurring donations may be modified, paused, or cancelled at any time without penalty. Donors can manage their subscription directly via the customer portal link included in their monthly email receipt or by emailing [email protected]. Requests are processed within 24 hours.
